How do I return unwanted items?
Please inform us of your intent to return the unwanted product or item so we can solve this matter quickly and efficiently. The following information is required when you contact us: (i) Your order reference number (ii) Your telephone and contact details. The cost of returning unwanted items is at your expense and as we do not offer a collection service you should use your own carrier. We recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting”, as until the parcel is received by us at the above address, it will remain your responsibility.
How do I return a faulty product?
If you think that a product you have purchased on our website is faulty, please contact us straight away before returning the item. You can contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us: +353 85 807 9766.
We’ll gladly accept returns for any products purchased from our website and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
For products that have been delivered in error We will refund the full value of those Products and the costs of returning them.
For products that arrived damaged We will offer You a replacement and refund You the cost of returning the Product to Us.
If you return a Product which You are unsatisfied with for any reason other than the Product being damaged or delivered in error, You will be only be refunded the price You paid for the Product; no carriage will be refunded (unless You cancel the contract within 7 days after You received the order).
Where we are unable to supply a Product You have ordered and paid for We will automatically refund You the amount paid for the Product as soon as reasonably possible. We will usually refund any money received from You using the same method originally used by You to pay for Your purchase.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a product or products We have sold You, in the first instance please use our Contact Us form or telephone Us. If Your complaint or dispute is not reasonably resolved and You are not completely satisfied You may undertake Online Dispute Resolution by contacting http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ to open a formal dispute.
When will I receive a refund?
Once you cancel your order within 30 days following the date of receipt delivery and we receive your returned item within 14 days of your notification of cancellation we are happy to provide a refund provided the products are unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your account, from the date we receive your return. We will refund you by the same method the original payment was received (eg a Credit Card payment will be refunded back onto the same card).
The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value of the item at the time of purchase.
